Questions to Ask Yourself:

• Who is my Escrow Officer? Wire Fraud is very real, always contact the person on your contract before sending money to anyone, even if you just got off the phone with your escrow officer or their team member.
• What are my Estimated Closing Costs?
• Will I need a Mobile Notary? What is the cost of this service?
• How will I take Title? Do I need to involve an Attorney or an Estate Planner?
• What type of deed is best suited for my specific needs.
• Ask about the history of transfers.
• Has the Seller agreed to pay for Title Insurance? (Usually it is the responsibility of the Seller)
• Ask about what type of Title Insurance the seller has paid for and what it covers. (If the Seller has in fact paid for the policy)
